Here is proof that evil exsists...I use to think there was no true evil in the world...Just people who are sick and need help...But over the years I have heard or read stories that prove there are people who are just plain evil and need to die...Not sit in jail for years and years before they are put to death...Not escape the law so they can brag to their friends in a drunken haze, that they got away with a heinous crime...They need to be found and tortured as they tortured their victims...Below is a story of a dog...Her name was Mercy...Mercy was stabbed, doused with gasoline and then set unfire...No one knows who or why this happened...It proved to me that animals are the gods gift to us...She survived for as long as she could before her heart gave out...In the short time she was being taken care of, she loved unconditionally...To bad we, as human beings, can not do the same...I encourage you to donate to your local animal shelter...If you can not give time, then go to the dollar store and but paper towels, bleach, food or anything you can give...
Mercy, the 10-month-old puppy who was doused with gasoline and set on fire, has died. Her little heart just gave out.
She was a gentle soul who showed remarkable strength and courage - she inspired us all!
Mercy died Sunday evening about 9:30 p.m. at the veterinary clinic where she was being treated. Doctors said Mercy showed some improvement Saturday, but her condition started to deteriorate Sunday afternoon. She was given a plasma transfusion, but shortly afterward her heart--weakened by burns over 60% over her body--stopped beating.
The young pit-bull mix was rescued Friday, April 14, by a Dallas man who saw her in the wooded area behind apartments in Far North Dallas. He took the dog to Operation Kindness, where she was given immediate veterinary care. Mercy was transferred to the Dallas Veterinary Surgical Center last Monday. She had surgery the following day to remove most of her burned ears and begin the painful debridement treatment. Doctors cautioned that, because of the severity and extent of her injuries--which also included stab wounds and cuts--her prognosis was guarded.
"All of us at Operation Kindness, as well as thousands of people who have been moved by her plight, are grieving for Mercy," said Jonnie England, executive director at Operation Kindness. "We were so hopeful that this beautiful, gentle dog, who had suffered and endured unbearable pain, would pull through in the end. It's more important than ever that the person who brutalized her be caught and brought to justice--for Mercy's sake." She will be privately cremated and her asks will be spread in Operation Kindness' Memorial Garden so she will rest in peace forever.
The reward now stands at $11,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for torturing and, ultimately, killing Mercy.
The case is being investigated by Dallas Animal Services' Cruelty Division and the Dallas Police Department.

Some people just need to be punched in the face.
Hard.
And then kneed in the balls/uterus to stop themselves from reproducing.

That Spanish version of the "Star-Spangled Banner" offends me to no end. I mean, who do those people think they are, taking this nation's anthem, and not only changing it to their language, but changing the verses of the song outright. Thats like a slap in the face to all american citizens.
