She propped her chin in her hand and looked at him.
"Brandon, you seen so lost in thought. Where are you right now? What are you thinking about that has you so far away?"

"I was thinkingabout home and how different things are out here. I was also thinking how I feel I have failed you and I want to make it up to you" He looked at her silently watching her.

She reached over and took his hand in hers and shook her head.
“Brandon you did not fail me. I don’t hold you responsible in any way, shape or form. Please don’t torture your self. And as for making it up to me, the bath, food and a bed is a great start. And I am not foolish Brandon. I know things are going to be different for me out side of Dragonia but I have to learn now don’t I? With you, by my side, I am sure I will be fine.”
She was so innocent in the way of things outside her kingdom. Yes she traveled for the kingdom but only as a liaison. She was plain so when she traveled no one really paid attention to her. Now she had to start her life over again. She had no idea how she was going to cope but she would.
“Brandon worry not.”

He gave her a reassuring smile than took her hand that was wrapped around his and brought it up and kissed it. "Thank you, Now I will bet you are ready for a goodnights sleep yes?""

She lowered her eyes as he kissed the back of her hand. Her cheeks were now tinged pink as she nodded.
"Aye I am ready for bed."
The openended statement was just that. Open ended for him to interpret anyway he choose.

Still holding her hand he led her up the stairs to the room that was kept for him... hough he never used it he opened the door and stood aside for her to enter. "You stay here tonight and tomorrow I will take you to a little place I have in the woods where you can have more privacy"

She stood in the doorway and looked around. The bed looked amazing. She could not wait to lay down and rest. It just now hit her how tired she was. So much occured this night. Turning around, she nodded.
"Privacy would be nice. I don't know anyone here but you and I would feel more comfortable. I know your going to get tired of hearing this but thank you."
She gave a quick laugh and ran, jumping on the bed.

He watched as she jumped on the bed than when she would turn around she would find that he was gone.. But strangely it would seem she would know when it was time exactly where to find him. He had seemingly implanted in her something like an instinct to be able to seek him out.. Or maybe she just knew where he was going.

She rolled over and saw that he was gone. Some how in the back of her mind, she knew she would be able to find him. All she would have to do was think hard or call out to him, and he would be there. Grabbing the pillow, she hugged it to her self and slowly began to fall asleep. Dreams from her subconscious began taking over her conscious. A small smile crossed her face as she thought of him. The smile slowly faded as the nightmare's now took over, her body twitching as soft mewls echoed through out the room.

He had vanished and was quietly crouched on the ledge of the top most spire of the castle. His eyes were closed and he was listening to a flood of thoughts that were flooding his way from passerbys beneath him. He felt Alisha at once and senced her dreams. He let the other thoughts he was feeling and moved to concentrate on Alisha's nightmares and quickly pushed them out of her mind.... she would not be able to get a good nights sleep with that going on in her head.
