"Oh..lord.." he said sighing. Closing his eyes he would feel strands getting cut off. Some twiches here and there. He felt happy that time was being spent between them. He chuckled softly, looking behind him towards Kyono. "Im proud of you.."

Another pause, the expression on his face rather solemn as he watched him, before continuing the haircut, as it were. "...Proud...? Of... me...?"

"Yea..no matter how bad things can be..your always looking forward for tommorow...reminds me of myself when I was young." He laughed some, he would blink as he paused. "...you cut too much off didnt you..." he said with a laugh.

He shook his head. "Not at all... I was just wondering what you had to be proud of me for..." He admitted, before cutting off more of the samurai's hair.

He sighed softly. Shaking his head some he would turn his head a bit to look at him. "Kyono, it doesnt matter what you do..you'll always be my son..so..I may not have a reason to be proud of you, but I will always be proud.''

A hand rested on his shoulder, as he gave a nod. "..Father, I believe you, but you got to stop moving around so much otherwise you make me cut your hair unevenly, and I know you don't want that.." He couldn't help but give a soft laugh afterwards, the dagger's blade glinting lightly.

"You said you trusted me. So trust me. It's all right, father." He moved around to the other side of him and continued. "...Is there something on your mind, father...?" He said after a while.

"Just thinking.." he said softly, shaking his head some he closed his eyes for a moment, then he opened them. Letting out a soft yawn he looked around the floor. Just a mix of black and red hairs. Shaking his head some he laughed a bit, brushing a hand across his forehead.

"What are you thinking about...?" He placed the dagger's handle within his mouth to hang onto it, as he brushed both hands through Syn's hair, fingers running through it neatly. He took the dagger again after a moment, as if checking to see what loose ends needed to be taken care of, before cutting a few strands here and there.
