She winces and cries out when he squeezes the link, her mind reeling with pain, her vision blurry, on the verge of passing out. Then she feels her body being jerked up and when her vision clears, she finds herself face to face with him. His hot breath on her face as he speaks, saying the words that she didn't want to hear. Before she could respond, she realizes that she is airborne and the moment she hits the stone wall, she's knocked out. Her limp form skidding quite a few feet in the grass.
It seemed like hours, but when she felt that cold nose and warm tongue on her cheek, her eyes opened, and she knows that it's only been minutes. Wincing again, she looks at Riley as she sits up, then pushes to her feet, looking over at where he put her through the wall. She shakes her head to clear her mind then walks away from Riley for safety.
With a death filled glare, she looks at him, green eyes gleaming brightly in the darkness. Breaking that darkness now is a circle of fire surrounding the Duchess that bursts forth toward the sky, engulfing her within. In seconds, the flames die down and there stands that stunning ruby red dragon, wings spread, talons held up, as she let out a roar that shook the castle on it's foundation. It was then that she looks back at the Phoenix as she stands up to her full height.
"~Come and get me you son of a bitch. You'll pay for what you have done. It will be over my dead body that you take this kingdom or any other realm in the world. And don't think that my death will come easy. Unless you have a pact with the Gods, my death is out of the question. So take your best shot. And when I am done with you, I will rip what's left of Brandon out of your sorry soul and bring him back myself!~"
Yes, the Phoenix had just pissed off the one person that he shouldn't have. Demons help him.

Unknownst to any others, he had been in the shadows much like Riley, watching. If he so wished it, he could completely cloak his form from sight and sense. It was one of his natural abilities. Stronger even more so, that he had now taken training down in his domain. It was at this moment that he now appeared, a smirk curling upon his expression, black, underlined red hues locking upon the scene. He had one hand held casually against his side, while his other brushed through white strands, allowing them to fall over the right side of his face. He wore a black attire, no sash around his waist this time, and gloves that were cut off at the knuckles, so claw-like fingernails were visible. Around his neck was a ring upon a silver chain - a band of onyx, and within a circle of gold, a round-cut sapphire. His head canted as he looked on with interest and an air of what one may assume as cockiness, but that was not his intent at all. That was something he couldn't hold back. Just like the seductive gaze that naturally emanated from one look to his eyes. It was nothing he intended doing. It just happened. He wasn't trying to seduce anyone. That was for sure.
But even though the Goddess' attention was focused on this birth of the evil being, there was still something more that shimmered within his eyes. Besides calm rage, to show that he was actually quite pissed that his Lina had been thrown through a wall, there was also another creature. Another animal. Something that hadn't been there before. The fierceness of the wolf that now accompanied his body, and the form that he had the option to take should he so desire. Although Lina was not focusing on him, there would be no doubt, that if even for a moment, she'd feel that old spark of a connection that they both had with each other. Her familiar. Gelina's. He was back and with whole confidence. Then he spoke.
"Now... You seem to have an intent on destroying this Castle of ours... In case you haven't realized, that won't be happening. And unless you want to be lunch for a very pissed off dragon, wolf, or demonic clan, you'd best understand to back the hell off. Or just... die painfully. Your choice really."
And that smirk widened to reveal glistening angular fangs. This was one demon that wouldn't be helping him. Not on his life.

Sharp turn of her head to glareat Kyono as he spoke, shadow her arse, the shadows didnt speak unless to their beholder. Lips rippled in a snarl as ears flatten showing she was generally disapproving of the talk.
"Tis Lina's fight.... shut up."
That is all Riley would say before the black beast looked back to Lina and the other, ears pricked to listen and watch. Course her fur was bristled in anger wanting a piece of this one but she would not step in Lina's way; not while she was like this. She'd harm even her own lover in this unbridled anger.

Well for anyone's information, it was not the shadows that spoke, but he. He had appeared from them, and as they had vanished, he was the one who had spoken. He merely shrugged off Riley's response. If she wanted to be rude, then that was fine, but he wasn't going anywhere. Sure. Perhaps this was Lina's fight, but he would step in and help if he had to. No questions asked. Eyes just continued to look of the scene silently, knowingly. Waiting.

:Anduin had been roaming the halls of the castle, restless as he was, his mind and soul reeling from events of the past few days. He was always armed, his Great Axe strapped in a leather sheath on his bare back. Black leather pants fit his sinewy thighs and calves like a second skin, the muscles rippling in his legs with each step he took.
His walk carried him out to the gardens, where, upon seeing the demon there, would stop him in his tracks. Stone-grey eyes looked upon the demon, then noted Lina and Riley, then Kyono as well. He slowly drew his axe, but only took one step forward, unsure what was going on, but ready to help if needed:

"Ah finally the game is afoot" He glared around and lifting his arms to his sides he levitated from where he stood, then raising his head to the skys he opened his mouth and let out a piercing bird type screech that echoed across the garden sending a shock wave which caused a psychic lash that impacted everyone. His body began to smolder as he then turned to look down to the garden and with a blink of his now coal black eyes the entire garden exploded into flames which shot up 150 ft. into the air, burning bright and hot. Another flinch of his eyes and the guards that had now moved to aid the fallen duchess were obliterated. "Welcome to my world!" He glared down and with a smile, reaching out with his mind and locating Gelina, gripping her form in his psychic grip and roughly dragging her back into the frey where he suspends her before him in an unbreakable hold before sneering at her underling subjects. Then to Kyono. "You love your Duchess so much, come and die for her. Show her your devotion and let her mourn your loss for the last few minutes of her pathetic life." Then toward Anduin. "And you to die for your kingdom. How grand that would be? Well step forth and accept your fate." Another flash and there was an explosion as the flames spiraled higher into the skys. He growled dragging Lina here and there in his grip. He glared at the few that were present and waited for them to make their move.

(First of all, I need to know if he is dragging her around in dragon form??? She shifted ya know. Second, the guards that were obliterated had better be NPC guards. I'm not posting until I have answers. So everyone will just have to wait.)

((Sorry folks I goofed on not reading as thoroughly as I should... guards were npc and here is an edit for gelinas transformation)) He reached out with his mind and grabbed Lina in an unbreakable telekinetic grip... He then reached into her mind with great ease and triggered her transformation making her human and locking her into a much easier and more controlable state ((Alright than continue from there as prevously posted ))

:He stepped forward, his axe gripped tightly in his hands as flames emerged from the head of the axe, blue-white in color as they billowed outward. He glared upward at the demon as the demon held Gelina in some sort of telekinetic grip. A feral gleam appeared in Anduin's eyes as he spoke: If dying is what I am to do for this kingdom, then so be it. But know this, demon. Today will not be my day to die, and you will not be the one who kills me!

A phoenix? Amras could feel the fire that burned deep within Brandon. It was similar to his own...that of the Ifrit. He was excited, although he didn't understand why. It didn't take him long to find where all the action was, after all, his sense of smell was as keen as any of the others with animalistic traits. He had been sitting up in a tree, watching everything with his emerald hues. The runes on his body began to shimmer, feeling the adrenaline pulsing through his body. Something about the dark fires raging in Brandon got to Amras, teasing his darker half to come forth and find out more. Eyes moved from Riley to Kyono, a small smirk as they seemed to be having a conflict all their own. Seeing Anduin, he would jump from the tree, landing down in front of Anduin, cutting him off from Lina and Brandon. However, when he landed, he wasn't the impish wood elf...instead that four legged beast stared down at the man. Dark horns protruded from that wolfish head, a mane of flames emanating around his skull and disappearing down his back. He bared his fangs, that rumbling voice coming forth. "The wolf girl is right...This is Lina's fight for now." He huffed loudly, warm breath emanating onto Anduin as he paced back and forth, keeping the others cut off from helping for now.
