Alright folks, some people seem to question the fact that the DM Nicho fought with Caelum was not on equal footing.
The night of the rebelion, Nicho offered a death match with equal dice. Caelum was restrained from accepting because of pledges he had made to others, not my fault.
Nicho won the election fairly, and though I don't know the actual numbers, I am told it was not even close.
So when the exile comes back to GoldenMyst, released from his vows, challenging Nicho to a death match, Nicho would have been within his rights just to have the guards fill him with arrows.
He accepted the death match out of honor, in spite of protests from the SiC and TiC, but used his full dice. Why? Because right was clearly on his side at this time. The offer for an even match was expired the moment Caelum refused it the first time.
Why should a king risk his life just because some power hungry exile wishes it? Answer: He shouldn't.
Enough said? Likely not, but those are my views on the matter.

One other point to make. Many of you don't know this because it was a topic in the HC section.
The main reason for Caelum's rebellion is because I (or Nicho) refused to give him KoGM experience points for the things he did as the Ulfric of the Order of the Moon while it was separate from GoldenMyst. An amount somewhere around 20,000 experience points. While I have no doubt that it was earned, it was not earned in GoldenMyst. Therefore, I did not give him the points or the dice he wanted, so he started the rebellion. This was not "For the good of GoldenMyst" as he claimed, but a struggle for POWER.
