She sits among the trees staring into the darkness She feels rather than hears The commotion around her Sensing her pain the Trees bow closer to her They giver her freely their strength The earth beneath her grows Warm, offering to accept her pain
Creation weeps at her distress But there is no relief Suddenly a hush falls around her Lumbering through the night A figure appears growling his protest at her pain Before her the Bear stands Her grief reflected even In his eyes
He stretches to his full height changing swiftly to a man Tall and Magnificent he stands Before her. The mooon causing his Pale skin to glow Gracefully he kneels befoer her Strong and nimble fingers brush her hair from her face, the pauses to caress her cheek catching the tear that escaped her green eyes
Looking into his eyes she finds Strength and love Acceptance and joy
Pulling her to him he softly whispers: "This is enough, this is what is certian"
Reaching to caress his cheek She finds suddenly his lips Against hers
The trees stand tall again Gathered protectively around them, allowing the heavens to witness their love, The earth warms beneath them Accepting and blessing.
