It was a cool night in late fall when this young one's story begins on the wooden steps of a building. She was barely a year old at the time, and so the journey there as well as her life before then was merely a fog. She only remembered a woman's voice and being held all the time. That all changed, though, that night...and things came to an end for the child.
That was the night Isabella was left on the steps of an orphanage in an Elven Kingdom beyond the seas and mysts. She was left to lay on the steps until the cold caused her to scream and those inside found her there. By then, her mother was long gone, and only the note she had left for those who found her remained with the baby. She was to be taken of there, and even money was left to help pay for her stay. And so...Isabella became an orphan.
As time flew in the Kingdom overseas Isabella aged faster then those in other lands. It was how she was able to grow after only being gone a few months. As she got older she was given the name Isabella Avalon Olwyn, the only thing she had been given before was Isabella, the name she was born with. It had been stated in the note, but nothing else was written aside from the fact that her mother loved her...but just couldn't take care of her anymore.
Isabella began to except that fact as she went on with life, and in time she stopped asking about where she had come from and why. By the age of 6 in the years of a human she was taken in by a foster family in the town she had been left at, and she began to live her life out there. They were a farming family with no other children, so Isabella had a wonderful home with them. She learned to farm with the man of the house as well as hunt sometimes when he decided to take her. From the woman she learned to sew, cook, and clean like a normal woman would have. From both of those people...she learned how to build and create things, like an artist.
For ten years that was how Isabella lived her life, and she was happy with it. But in time, those thoughts about who she was and where she had come from began to resurface again. She wanted those answers, and she wanted to fill the gap that had been life in her without knowing her past. It was on an early winters night that she had asked her foster parents if she could leave them and try to find out who she was. They agreed, knowing they couldn't stop her any ways.
At the age of 16 Isabella left that town, and eventually the Kingdom behind, and she went back across the seas to other lands in hopes of finding the answers she desperately seeked...as well as a new place to call home as she did so. She left knowing she might never go back to the only home she had truely knew to try and find a past she knew nothing about...but even if she didn't have a past yet...she had a future, and that was all the more important. Somewhere out there...was her future.
That was what brought her to the lands of a place called GoldenMyst, where she slipped into the ranks of the Rangers. She isn't sure how long she'll remain in the lands, but if all goes well she might have found home after all. She still looks for those answers, and maybe in such a huge place as GoldenMyst she might actually find them. The daughter of two Elves had a look to search for, but she had all the time in the world....
