Well, then we need to get to work, don't we? Myself and this...um..Lord over here will start looking at the books you have for us while you make the list. Then after that one of us can go talk to the people who were with you and see what we can find out from them while the other two continue to use the books...Does that sound like a good idea?
:: Isa glanced around between the two in wondering, hoping it sounded likea good plan. Hands rubbed her arms a little, glancing around as she waited for an answer::

::He was an accomplished healer and noticed again and again that she was favoring her side.:: First though I think perhaps we should help with your injury. I would be willing to heal it if you would allow. ::Emerald hues watched her a moment as he stood, either way he needed to be moving as well, inactivity did not sit well with the hyper active elf kin. He motioned towards a chair for her to sit so that he could tend to the wound properly. He did however agree with Isa and nodeed to her.:: Afterwards I think your plan of attack seems the best course. And it's Cam, please, just Cam.

Oh..Cam, well it's nice to meet you. I'm Isabella or just Isa...whichever one works for you..:: Woot! She had met a new friend!:: Maybe I should go speak to some of the people so you can take care of Marie? That way right after you're done with her side you can jump straight into the books...course I'd need a list of who was there, of course...
:: She slipped from her seat and kind of waited to be told if she was on book duty, or hunting clues and people duty::

(( For the sake of the plot, I will be only providing plot development posts with leading suggestions. I will not be playing a particular character until a later time and date ))
It was wise for people to take interest in the events that had occurred that night. Although it may have seemed to others like an isolate event, there had been a warning left for the kingdom. A warning that had stated one of the kingdom's own was putting them all in very grave risk.
Of course, it could have been the ramblings of an old woman, but there was strong...deep rooted...and dark magic that had occurred there that night. Unfortunately for the researchers, they would find nothing in books that spoke of such a carnival. No documentation had been left behind of carnivals that seemed to be run by people in robes, dressed more like cultists than anything else. As for the dark magic that was used, it was hard to say what they would find as well...because pinpointing what had exactly happened would be hard enough. They had been transported to the astral plane, a realm of existence where bodies had no real purpose. In fact, had anyone entered the tent while the adventurers were "gone", they would have simply seen their bodies sitting in the positions they had started. For it was only their conscious minds that had been transported, the astral realm being no place that their mortal bodies had been needed. But of course, what would appear to be their bodies had materialized, culminating from the mind's desire to keep form and function.
Of course, depending on just how they went about their research, they might have found some information on a few topics relating to the night's events. It would be years ago that the documentation had been made...a record journal of a half-elf in search of his father, that led him to the very same place they had been transported to. Of course, how they would come across such a book would be interesting...the leather was worn, and all that read on the cover were the words:
"And as does play the beating drum, forever beats the Talarom"
It was a journal kept by a former Goldenmyst member, one who had met a tragic end under his service in the kingdom. A half-elf and half-demon by the name of Amras Talarom.

The small mage had given a nod to them both as she began to write down the names of those that had been with her. However it seemed for no true reason these things were needed. As time progressed and the failures arrived time after time.. nothing could be found immediately.
The small mage shook her head and found them both.. Issy and Cam to explain this cause was lost..and would have to wait until another uprising or challenge presented itself. It was weeks later when Marie found herself in the libraries , captivated by the book that Tyreal had given her. Her mind seemed a whirlwind to comprehend the information given as her eyes shifted over the rows of books. It was an odd tome that caught her attention as she set aside the Journal and rose from the chair. The book it seemed had fallen back behind many others as only the corner could be seen peeking above the others. She had to crouch to pull it free, careful not to harm the tome as she looked it over , turning it from one side to the other. The cover seemed worn and the dust that had collected was brushed off with a small hand. One of her very pet peeves the care for the books. She wasn't sure what exactly it was that drew her attention to this, but the small woman didn't believe in coincidences. She flipped the book open to read the single line and frowned. It was unexpected as she slowly walked back again to the chair she had rose from.
The uncertainty rose further as she opened the book to the front page again and that frown deepened still. Who was this Amras Talarom?
