:Anduin's eyes widened as he listened to Kalimar speaking, anger boiling up through him as he stood there. As Kalimar finished speaking, Anduin's hands were clenched into fists, knuckles white as he looked at Kalimar. He then opened his hands, the anger fading away as a solemn look appeared on Anduin's face. He then spoke, his calm with a hint of what might be sadness: I am surprised to hear of this from you, but I am not angry with you...

He put his hand on Anduin's shoulder. "I am glad that you are not angry. And I am glad to hear that you are smitten with someone again."
He offered his friend a warm smile, fingers firm in his grip of Anduin's shoulder. He let go, moving his hand back to rub the back of his neck. He had something else he wanted to talk with Anduin about.
"Uhm...there is something I wanted to ask you..." he paused for a moment, looking out to the ocean, and then back to his friend. "When I saw you making those weapons for your children...well...I never really got a chance to be much of a part of Sheena's life...and I am supposed to be her godfather..." He stopped again. "I know this might be asking a lot, considering your combat experience...but I was wondering if you would let me train her." His face was serious, as if his heart was set on it. There were very few things anymore that brought about such seriousness from the Angel who often put on a smile and laughed for the sake of others.

:A soft chuckle escaped from Anduins lips as he placed one hand on Kalimar's shoulder, a warm smile appearing on the knight's face as he spoke to Kalimar: I would be glad to let you train her, Kalimar, for you are no slouch with a blade. And you are faster than me in combat, so you can teach her effective moves to avoid harm.

He smiled. "I apprecite you giving me your blessing Anduin. I just hope that Angel does not mind too much, but ultimately it is really up to Sheena whether she wants me to train her or not."
He glanced out towards the ocean, sitting down in the sand. He looked back up to Anduin. "So...tell me about this new love of your life."

:A warm smile appeared on Anduin's face as he looked out toward the ocean as he spoke: Tempest...she is amazing. She is kind, as well as caring...: He looked back towards Kalimar now, the smile still there as he continued to speak: She always speaks her mind, and always tells me the truth....

"Those are good qualities to have." He smiled. Kalimar was glad to see Anduin smiling to genuinely. It had been a long time since he had seen the man show happiness. The short time in which Anduin returned, Kalimar had already started his descent into insanity...so the two did not have much interaction.
"Well, I hope you two are happy together. You deserve happiness after all, just like everyone else."

:He nods slowly, the smile still there as he spoke to Kalimar: You as well, Kalimar. Have you found someone special to you? :He watched Kalimar curiously as he waited for his answer:

Had Anduin forgotten what he had told him moments ago? He had come all the way back to Goldenmyst because of the feelings he still kept in his heart. Eyes looked down at the sand where he sat.
"No...I suppose I don't..." His voice was somber, much more quiet. Eventually, he pushed himself to his feet and stood up to look at Anduin. "I think I'm going to call it a night." He smiled to his best friend before turning and walking away. "Good night Anduin."
He wanted some time to be alone. Solace's words were still heavy on his mind.

Once Kalimar started to walk away, the six inch fairy peeked out from his pocket where she'd slept and fluttered upwards to rest on his shoulder once again. She leaned her head against his ear lobe, crossing and uncrossing her ankles while her wings slowly opened and closed to help her keep her balance as he moved.
"So many words and still so heavy a heart? You should love a tree, Kalimar. They never move and so they do not stray. They hold no ceremonies. A tree would give you roots, which is ultimately what every traveller seeks, is it not? All the sights in the world mean very little, save that a man finds a place to call home. Then all places are amazing in comparison, but one sleeps well only beneath their own roof. Each conversation offered a light you chose not to follow, so which light are you actually seeking?" She rambled, yes, but the voice was only so loud as a lone bell jingling, with the same sweet and high quality to it. In her lap, her own little lantern rested, a tiny, flickering flame surrounding the little fairy with a halo of light.

Anwar's words got him angry. Sometimes, when she rationalized things out like that, it often got him upset because she made perfect sense. Fingers were thrust into pockets as he huffed, and continued to walk away from the beach.
"You know, sometimes when you make sense...I hate it..." He said, moving to kick a rock that was in the path. He glanced to Anwar. "Do you think you could leave me alone for a little bit? I need to think..."
He cherished his fairy friend, but right now, he needed some time to himself. Not even Zvi would be of comfort.
