'It has been a long and arduous journey, but at last we have reached the our destination. It was told to us by the shaman that the Ifrit died somewhere in these lands...somewhere in these realms. It was a necessary evil, and extinguished far before its due time, when it would become useful to us once again. It is up to us now to find the resting grounds of this demon, and bring it back into the physical world.
I am but one of six, now split up and searching these lands. My lead led me to the realm of GoldenHorn. I was met with slight resistance, although allowed to peruse the documentation of the realm's census. It took a while, but I found what I was looking for...The vessel passed through here...only for two days. I tried to access any personal documents kept in his division, but I was not allowed. Instead, I was able to learn the allying kingdoms of the realm of GoldenHorn: Umbra Victus, Kaapal Empire, The Wintercourts, Kavanagah, Raging Storm, and GoldenMyst. It is with this new information that we continue our search in these lands, for any signs of where the demon may have fallen.'
A black robe covered his body, the mysterious figure simply walked up to the main gates. The voice that came from beneath the hood seemed sharp and cold, a hint of malice to it. "I request an audience with the ruler of this kingdom...It is of utmost importance to me." His voice boomed out, as if amplified by magic, to any guards in the vicinity.

He had been in his room, sitting upon the windowsill as he gazed out to the horizon. It was really such a beautiful sight, and he hadn't had much time to enjoy the scenery. Everything in his life had been so chaotic ever since...he had began to live again, for sake of simplicity. Not everyone knew what had truly happened. A couple people at best, and he wasn't so certain if he wanted more people to know. Yet, anyway. For now, until he was ready, he thought it might be best to make it appear as if he were meeting those who were unaware of what had happened, for the first time. In this body, he was. It was easier for him, until he got everything organized once more, but at the same time, it was just a thought.
Quite suddenly however, his thoughts were broken into, by a loud, booming voice. He leaned out the window, those sharp red eyes catching sight of a figure in a black robe at the gate. What was up with that? He was no guard, but with the magnitude of the voice from the caller, he couldn't help but to go out and inspect it. He leapt from the sill, closed the window, and hurried out of his room. He had changed to an all black attire, although had become accustomed to tying a sash around his waist; indeed there was one now, the color being white. It matched his hair. Brushing strands away from the right side of his face, he pulled those gloves tighter over both hands. They were cut off at the knuckles, so that his fingers were visible. Beneath both eyes, there was a lined color of black, giving his gaze a mysteriously seductive appearance by nature. Moving quickly out of the Castle, he came to a halt behind the gates, his sight locked upon the black-robed figure, showing his determination, and curiosity.
"Greetings, traveler. Welcome to the Kingdom of GoldenMyst. If you have no weapons, you will be admitted. Otherwise, please remove them before stepping past the gates. I couldn't help but come out and see... My hearing is quite sharp and your voice, well..." He trailed off with a light shrug, motioning him forward if the other being did as he had previously asked.

The figure simply stood still for a moment, looking at the man that had addressed him. After what seemed like eternal silence, that hissing voice came forth again, although in normal speaking tone, rather than a booming shout. "I request an audience with the ruler of this kingdom...It is of utmost importance to me." He repeated what he had said before. However, this time he added a bit extra. "I am one of six, searching for a demon." He did not move forward, but instead stood still...the void in his hood seeming to peer endlessly at Kyono Desaku. He waited silently.

A small smirk tugged at the edges of his mouth, perhaps out of sheer amusement, before it was quickly replaced by a solemn expression. His arms raised to fold about his chest. "If you wish to speak with the ruler, please come in. If you are able to wait patiently, she will see you as soon as time allows it." At the mention of 'searching for a demon', he tilted his head to the right side, so that the covered eye was visible as his bangs fell away. "A demon? That's quite vague. I am a demon, but I can almost certainly say it is not I who you search for. Does this demon have a name?" Staying in his position now, since it appeared the figure was not going to move forward.

The figure simply moved forward. No response was made to the man who had asked him a question. It wasn't until he was passed the man, that he responded. "The demon I search for is of no concern to you. I only wish to speak to the ruler of these lands." And he fell silent again. Standing still, he waited to be escorted as surely no kingdom would allow him free reign of the castle. He was cold, perhaps rude...but he only sought audience with the ruler, and no one else.

He first glanced over his shoulder at the man, silent, thoughtful. Perhaps he'd wait it out, and see what happened. He was observant enough to do so. He finally turned fully around and began walking back towards the Castle as he motioned once more for the figure to follow, saying as he gazed back to him, "Very well then, Sir. Come with me."

The robed figure simply followed without saying another word.

Once inside, he turned back to face the robed one, a hand having moved to his chin as he regarded him rather thoughtfully for a moment. Pulling his hand away, he stepped back. "I apologize, but the Grand Duchess is unable to see you at the moment. Can I do anything for you?" He wasn't about to leave this one out of his sight, so basically, the robed figure was stuck with him.

He remained silent for a few more miniutes, turning in place. It appeared that he was surveying the interior of the castle. "I've noticed a lack of hospitality in these realms." His voice was still cold, that malevolence still residing in it, but his words seemed more humane than before. "Where we come from, guests are greeted and treated to drink and meal..." He was now once again facing Kyono Desaku. "Unless you have the authority to grant me access to your kingdom's archives regarding members who have join the realm up to three years ago...or perhaps the death certificates up to and including three years ago...then I am afraid that you cannot do anything for me other than offer a glass of water."

His eyes narrowed slightly. He hoped the man wasn't directing any of that lack of hospitality towards him. When he had asked if he could do anything for him, offering him food and drink was unspoken within that sole inquiry. Still, this man was a guest and it wasn't in his place to speak out. Not that he would have anyway. He paused, then managed a small smile. "I apologize, Sir. But I do not believe I am at the liberty of giving you those archives." The truth was, he didn't know if he could. "Please forgive me, my Lord." Bowing slightly to him in a formal manner, he moved to the bar and took out a glass, filling it up with water. Fluid steps took him back towards the robed figure as he offered it to him. "May I get you anything else that would make your stay here at GoldenMyst more comfortable?"
