Quiet days on wing; Dreizehn still carried the smell of mirth from the sands on his fiery, out-stretched wings. The tiny face of Shana stretched out from his shirt, snapping at the clouds as they pasted through them. Her happy, dragonic voice echoed in the afternoon light. Dipping his wings to one side, the mage of Goldenmyst was happy to return to his new home after such a long trip to Bal.
A keen voice called back up to him over one shoulder as dusty crimson wings appeared and the young form of a boy-- almost identical to his father-- twisted in the breeze, rolling over one to his back and bumping into his sister. Crismon eyes blinked as he was pushed away by her. Silver wings mirrored her grandmothers image, the tips of her feathers bright yellow, as she swooped down, out of the way.
" Here, fledglings. We are here." He said, folding his wings back against his back and diving down towards the lush grass of the fields. A small hand came up and became entwined with his arm and dull blue eyes grazed up at him
"Will they remember you, father? You have been away a long, long time." Selena nuzzled his arm, ruffling her feathers, as they looked over the distant, towering monument of the castle. Fuffling the young girls hair, he only gave her a warm smile.
"Do not worry about that. I only hope things have not changed too much. There are some who may be very happy to see you with me. Well, those who know about my fledglings."
"I am not a fledgling!" Helos let out a small huff, sticking out his tongue. Laughing, he took his twin by her hand and darted down the path towards the castle.
