Riley should be asleep and yet all night she was awake, eatting when she felt hungry but she didn't feel it as her hunger just the growing babes in her belly. Her own was dulled with worry as 3 nights this week Caelum had not come home. She saw him during the day but he was either in bed when she was asleep and out before she woke or he was of somewhere else. She was worried, with good reason as her own head filled with worry. She had fallen for Caelum when he was already a married man, he said the woman that was his wife was gone had left but then she'd come back.
She heard warnings from her family, even her own signs and instincts had told her go away but Love was proving to be a painful thing. She too had gone away for long periods, had he sought other company of females during that time? She was blind and could not see if things were right in front of her but she could still feel. She was growing stronger with her mental touch, feeling people around and even at times those who whispered things in their head she was beginning to read them like facial expressions. Could one woman hold him down? She liked women as well, but she stayed loyal even if she wanted another male or female lover. She was satisfied with him, but was he with her?
Pacing in the Cabin that was theirs, their home with Trent sleeping in his room quietly and well protected. She would wait all night for Caelum to come home, as he said he was going off to see Lina since after her ordeal with Demous. But he didn't have to stay with her all night, he could come home to his wife and the twins growing inside of her. She paused looking out the window staring through it with a hand on her belly with a sad smile, hopeful look that Caelum might be riding home and her worries would be put to rest. Such would go on all night, and she would gain no sleep at all. Finally she left the cabin riding the white mare Caelum had given her to KoGM.
She left her steed at the stables, smelling her way towards Lina's room as Riley had always been a grand tracker. She was even beginning to smell lies, she was irked, the spirits around her restless even Gaia herself seemed to be hiding a secret. Was she losing her mind? Had that Evil Wyrm when he possesed her left a seed of insanity inside? He spoke of things, whispering words, no.. no they were lies! She mustn't believe them without proof. She came to a halt at Gelina's door as she lifted a hand knocking on it. "Lina, tis me Riley, hope Oi'm nae waking ye early in the morning but just wondering is Caelum here?"
