Many moons had passed since Raine Cahler had seen her fiance, and many moons before that since she had slept in peace. The faerie had begun to think that she would never sleep again.
Or so she thought.
Raine had passed out in her room, crumpled on the floor by the doorway, barring it from entrance. That mass of ebon silk was scattered about her form, her black clothing clinging to her frail body as she lay motionless.
What had brought her to this?
//It was cold. It was so very cold.
For quite some time that was all she could grasp...How cold it was.
Eventually, things began to come into focus.
A streak of lightning struck the sky, then everything went white.
Soon things began to spin and the night sky flying about came into focus. The stars were a blur, lines of light streaking across the midnight velvet.
And it was cold.
Suddenly, the heavens burst open//
may angels lead you in

While it is pretty, this seems a tad more conducive of poetry then of roleplaying.

Though it may be poetic...I think she was trying to tell what happened to Raine. She has been so lost without her love.

It's gorgeous, Raine. I'm enthralled with it.

I agree, that is grand love and I hope some day Raine finds someone to surpass that emotion with.
