It was all due to a very bad misunderstanding. A relationship gone haywire. Kyono had just wanted to be friends, but that wasn't enough for the other. She killed herself...all because of him...or that was what Kyono was led to believe. He had been told that by a friend of the other, and what Kyono interpreted from it, was that she had committed suicide because she couldn't handle the fact that Kyono did not love her as she did to him. He still promised to be there for her no matter what, but no. That wasn't enough. So when the friend came to inform Kyono, he took it in the worst way. His dam broke....And the insanity flourished. If even possible, he had gone beyond insanity. For the first time since his return--he, Kyono, the Present--had blood on his hands. On his own innocent hands. Where Magus' had been more of a destructive force, Kyono's insanity was perhaps a combination of destruction, and violence. More of the latter. Later, rumors floated around that the girl who had supposedly murdered herself, had been instead, ravished and destroyed by a Vampire. But it didn't matter anymore. The damage had already been done...And Zelonian Fields...knew a New Ruler.

Leaping through the link, the lion looks around, staying protectively close to Haley.
She is right next to Aiden but she is larger form of a wolf now and used her wings to help her land softly.
Stepping from the portal he had created the persona of the Dark Lord of the Rim took over immediately from that of the -man- known as Magus Lee. His features grew infinitely more stoic, and his blazing, intense crimsons eyed the decayed ruins of the field..scrutinizing where he knew Kyono/Assassin would be. The fields themselves bubbled with steaming vent pockets, and chasms that were being created from the rather consistent reverbrations..akin to minor tremors..that engulfed the ruinous fields themselves. "...Everyone stay with my wife..do not tread ahead of her.."
*Mellieth followed the woman closely as ordered and she looked about the field trying to spot Kyono.*
Stepping through behind her husband, she looks around the field, feeling the tension and a swirl of different emotions that she could only assume were Kyono's. This was definately going to be interesting if nothing else. She tried not to think of dangerous. Looking behind her, she eyes Mellieth for a moment, then moves over to the side.
"..Do not tread nor behind...WHAT DOES IT MATTER?! ALL SHALL PERISH!!!!!" There was the voice...And....not. Could that be Kyono? It was a mesh of himself, and the Assassin's--a complete and newly formed entity from the insanity between the two time periods. Something had thrown him off the edge and beyond. So this voice seemed a combination of Past and Present..Completely different. There was the thickest sense of forboding within the fields...And shadows amongst the vents seemed to be suffocating what was not already worn and lay like Death at someone's front door. So it would seem...He had claimed quite a large quantity of the field as his own domain.
Realizing that the two were no longer two seperate entities, she looks at Magus. "Wonderful... this is going to be to fun." Of course the sarcasim was dripping from her tongue.
She listens and looks around and moves with Aiden and nuzzles Lina's hand. ~~ do I need to change to my angel form?~~
¤ We just watch. ¤ Nuzzles her, staying beside Lina.
~~ okay Aiden~~ She returns his nuzzles and sits on her bottom next to Lina and Aiden.
Kyosin..it was now the term for what he deemed this..being of insanity. A mesh between the Assassin and Kyono, and the Dark Lord was finding it harder to try and speak with him as the days wore on. An icy glance was denoted toward his wife and he gave a quiet nod in agreement with her sentiment. He began to step ahead of the rest of them, lifting that right hand to tighten the black glove upon it momentarily. His own 'aura' of a sort seemed to pulsate....growing and writhing with tendrils of the pure ravaging power of this place where Death and Life met at a constant crossroads. This place was aptly named the "Cursed lands" for good reason.
Stands still for the moment, running her fingers through Aiden's mane. Looking like the Dark Lord's wife, wrapped in the black cloak he'd gifted her with, she pulls it close with her free hand, all the while hoping that it would protect her and the baby if anything went wrong. Then canting her head again in thought, she actually wondered if she should even be here. Quickly dimissing that thought, she looks back at Magus. Helping Kyono wasn't going to be so easy this time.
"..You have brought others!!!!!" Well, there was possibly a good side to all of this. He was forming fluent and coherent sentences. The downside? That had just allowed even more of himself to be lost. Definitely wasn't going to be easy this time.
"...Not the best decision, I'm afraid Dark Lord! Condemned them, you have! Very sad indeed!...Why not destroy them youself!?!?...Would be the same!!!!" He still could not be seen, and even more disturbing, was the fact that the words he spoke were, without a doubt, very uncharacteristic of him.
Kyono..it's me..Melli.. *She called out.*
She is nae sure what is going on but her wings was starting to glow brightly and spreading the glow down her body and to Aiden.
Claws protracted, the lion digs for purchase in the soil, connected to the Earth Mother, he has nothing to fear save fear itself.
She stands now and with a soft low growl she uses her nose and ears trying to spot the source of the voice.
The tensions and emotions flying around were enough to make any normal person dizzy. Good thing Gelina had a way of blocking them out so that they didn't overwhelm her. She too had a connection with the Earth Mother, though it wasn't as strong as Aiden's or Nicho's by any means, but enough for her to use for strength if need be.
"....Harm them in any way and you shall know what a bad decision leads to...Kyosin." He parted his robe to thereupon reveal the stunning, and massive hilt of that legendary Blade of Black. It was a subtle warning, as he stepped on ahead of the others, looking about searchingly..the Dark Lord felt the insanity no matter where he stood..and he allowed for it to flow with his own energies..it even invigorated those newly-acquired latent abilities of his since his own 'trip down insanity lane' earlier. "..Now...show yourself and speak with me..lest you have lost your courage as well as your sanity...as your consort is here with us as well..you may remember her..." He was sure he would remember someone that he kissed..or saw naked..or what not. He would not delve into details, suffice to say that he was still remembering when he and Gelina first kissed...and that had been quite a moment.
"...Oh-ho....Can't find me can you? Or maybe...You should just turn around...I'd be glad to welcome you all...!!!!!" A piercing laughter filled the air, and indeed, should Magus turn, there was the ravaged form of the one he used to know. His shirt and attire were nearly shredded, as his flesh had gashes galore...blood from any fresh wound somewhere on his body constantly seemed to be flowing. The shadows were with an effortless gaze around his form...those which had both assisted and cut into him due to the essence of the dagger he had temporarily combined within them...within his Darkness; the scar that had been vertically slashed upon his left eye was bleeding...Even his eye colors were different. While the right remained Kyono's bronze, the left was the shadowed emerald orb that was unmistakably the Assassin's. In his left palm was a rather large and deep gash through the gauntlet itself, no doubt made by the same dagger that he had used to swipe across and beneath his right wrist. That gauntlet had been completely disposed of...Where it lay was not an issue. The right wrist had an unbearably bloodied wound...Muscle and marrow had been torn, as the weapon had plunged in straight to the bone...One could see a chip within the white structure inside him...which had deepened, due to the twisting of the creature's own claws. It almost seemed he had severed a part of his bone off, and yet, he was still in full capability of using that arm if he needed. His wolf tail lay limp..those wolf ears above his head the same, although as one drooped, the other remained pricked, and alert. Both tail and ears had lost their illustrious shine. And within his eyes was the undoubtful look of someone who was beyond the definition termed 'crazy'. "..You called..." A rather interested, lopsided kind of smirk, bloodied fangs visible as his claws were clenched. "..I answer..."
It was here that Kyosin made himself known, only to assumedly vanish amongst the shadows of the Fields. He had a mind-set...He was NOT going to fight amongst an audience of a million people. He had his intentions set on one person...and one person alone. Magus Lee, the Dark Lord of the Rim Kingdoms. His opponent.
~
The final battle's date was set. On August 27th, Magus Lee, Dark Lord, was to match skills with Kyosin, the beyond insane entity that had completely enveloped any trace of his previous sanity. Who would be the victor in the upcoming duel? One could only hope and pray...
