CaelumLupus: ::Caelum walked into the castle, his wounds mostly healed though his mind kept slipping in and out of reality. he wore a long black cloak with the hood off. Finding nobody around he walked upstairs to Lina's room and knocked on the door::

Gelina Grey: ::she was sitting on none other than her windowsill, her knees pulled up to her chest. her lip still swollen from being busted open, a bruise on her cheek from being hit and a bright red ring around her neck from that d**n chain. she was startled from the unexpected knock on the door and jumped a bit, then leaned back again and answer quietly:: Come in...

CaelumLupus: ::Opening the door, Caelum walked in his green eyes glancing around and adjusting to the light as he entered further:: Tis me Caelum....I came tae see if ye were alright... ::He made his way towards her::

Gelina Grey: ::she looked over at him through the darkness of the room. she hadn't moved from that spot since before the sun went down, not bothering to light any candles. she pulled her knees tighter and looked out the window to hide her face:: <vq>..I'm alright...

CaelumLupus: ::Stopping a few feet away, he looked back and sent a slight breeze towards the door shutting it behind him. Looking to Lina he sighed and then looked to the ground:: I'm sorry Lina...I should've reached ye sooner...I should've been there tae protect ye...

Gelina Grey: ::thankful for the darkness she turned her head and looked at him again:: It's alright...tis nae your fault...you didn't know. I went to protect the others...I was foolish enough to think I could handle it.

CaelumLupus: ::He heard her words but didnt fully accept them, he closed his eyes and held his temples as his mind suddenly raced with thoughts and images mostly having to deal with killing and violence::

Gelina Grey: ::she watched him for a moment and could feel the torment and confusion in his mind. she sighed feeling more guilty than ever and turned towards the window again::

CaelumLupus: ::Dropping to one knee he shook his head and cleared it, looking up to Lina. He stood and moved closer to her placing his hand gently on her should:: I hate seeing ye hurt....is there anything I can dae tae help?

Gelina Grey: ::she looked up at him slowly as the beams of moonlight revealed her face to him, tears welding in her eyes:: I don't know.... ::her voice choked from trying not to cry as she absently rubbed her scarred wrists::

CaelumLupus: ::He rubbed her back gently:: Just know that I'll be here for ye, nae matter what ye need me for I'll be here...even tis just tae sitting alone in silence with ye.

Gelina Grey: ::she blinked and a tear ran down that bruised cheek:: <w>...thank you...

CaelumLupus: <w> Nae thank ye's needed, you're my best friend and I'd dae anything for ye...even lose my humanity...

Gelina Grey: ::she reached for his hand and laced her fingers with his:: <w>...tis what I am afraid of....

CaelumLupus: ::He took her hand in his and then let his aura envelop her, it was calm as a gentle spring rain and strong like a rock, looking at her with those deep green eyes of his:: <w> We're gonnae make it ye and me...taegether...an unbeatable team.

Gelina Grey: ::she looked at him and a small smile broke on her lips, then she winced as it pulled on the cut, her other hand going to her mouth as she nodded::

CaelumLupus: ::He frowned seeing her pain:: I'd try tae heal ye Lina....but....well...you know...

Gelina Grey: ::she shook her head:: It's alright...I'll live...::she squeezed his hand::

Gelina Grey: ::after a few moments she spoke again:: Caelum?

CaelumLupus: ::He looked to her and spoke his voice soft:: Aye?

Gelina Grey: I need to lay down...will you stay with me until I fall asleep? ::her voice soft, those dim emerald hues pleading:: I don't like going to sleep alone...the nightmares are horrible...

CaelumLupus: ::He nodded:: I'm nae sure how stable my mind is but it might not be as horrible tae latch ontae...I can try tae stay lucid until ye fall asleep...

Gelina Grey: ::she nodded and reluctantly let go of his hand and moved to her bed crawling in, not even bothering to get undressed. she had been sitting on that sill all day. she never moved once she perched herself there:: I just need to know I am not alone...

CaelumLupus : ::He nodded, taking a seat at the end of her bed, he pulled up his legs and sat indian style, closing his eyes to focus on strengthening the serenity of his mind:: Good night Lina....oh...Trent may be here when ye awaken...

Gelina Grey : ::she nodded to him and laid her head down closing her eyes:: <w>....I love you Caelum...I would die without you... ::she of course meant that she loved him because he was her best friend. she then pulled the blanket tight to her chest, snuggling down into her feather bed::

CaelumLupus: ::He smiled slightly and then foled his arms across his chest, His mind was on the ocean, the crashing waves and a slight breeze, it was there he found the serenity, lucidness above the waves::

Gelina Grey: ::feeling the calm from him she fell into slumber. seems she felt safe with only him and no other::

CountessVX ~ Swirling amethyst Myst appeared and an explosion of lightening marked her arrival. The Myst parted and left her before him She wore a gown of black and amethyst, her hair pinned up and a golden crown nestled within the auburn ringlets that dangled down around her face and neck. Eyes of emerald and amethyst gazed up to him, and she spoke softly althought the thunder boomed behind her ~ Caelum...

CaelumLupus ::He turned and looked to her with a warm smile, he wore black pants and a loose hunter green shirt:: Ello Sareania

CountessVX I have been told I have you to thank for this creature...Demous's death. ~She bowed her head to him. Something she reaely did to Anyone.~ You saved Lina from him. I am forever in your debt.

CaelumLupus ::He touched her chin gently lifting it so she could see his noble green eyes:: Nae need for that, nae need for thanks nor for the feeling of debt....she is my best friend and I could dae nae less...sides Demous wasnae much of a fight.... nae for me at least....

CountessVX There rests more behind my thanking then you realize. See for if she was to die...I would as well. We are bonded throughthe soul from when I broguth Lina from the Druid form she had been cast into a while past. ~ Her own eyes met his, not moving from him lifting her chin ~ And...and I failed her

CountessVX My blood runs poisioned, and in reaction it had blocked my bonds to the ones I am bonded to. I knew not Lina was in danger

CaelumLupus ::He shook his head:: But she wasnt in danger....I was coming for her...There was nae way I was going tae lose her tae a disturbed coward such as Demous. ::He looked at his hands:: My only wish is that his head would've popped off when I strangled him tae death....

CaelumLupus ::He wasnt mentally alright after the events that took place, he'd gone beserk in Chrinos form and maintaned that state for over a day, the result a slightly chaotic mind still focused on killing::

CountessVX ~ She looked to him imagining the head imploding in his hands and shuddered. She had a dark side he knew nothing of. Of how she planned to re-aniamte this creatures body and kill him herself with her Own hands. She knew and practiced dark dark blood magics~

CaelumLupus Time spent with a friend is time taken up but not in waste, I donnae feel ye should consider yerself in debt....however I may need help with Lina's birthday party.... ::he smiled warmly...his mind swinging back to "normal"::

CaelumLupus ::He thought about that, Yes Cae had known Lina a long time, she'd saved his life more times than he'd saved hers. But they didnt keep score, they were two of a kind. Warriors of old, Legends each in their own right. No they'll never die...they'll just fade away like mythological gods in a pantheon lost::
