Instead of trying to decide what people would prefer, I've realised that I can just ask. Things to keep in mind: - The story, as is, is a 70 page novella that deviates greatly from its original purpose as Kolava's history.
- The second option would involve me simply slicing off every part that isn't immediately relavant to Kolava
- The third and fifth options are simelar, and involve me starting over with much more attention being paid to brevity and focus.
- This is a completely unbiased vote, don't assume I am hoping for you to vote one way or the other

I say tell the full story, let us know everything that you can remember about what's gone on in Kolava's life. I love detail and would seriously be flipping to see Kolava's full life story, I say finish what you've got. WRITE THE NOVEL!! And give your fans what they want damnit!

I intend too, that is the purpose of this poll
Perhaps, but would you love 70+ pages of it?
The question isn't "Do you want a copy?", it's "Would you read from begining to end a 70 page story?" I've seen it happen before; dedication to reading my work, no matter how admant it is in the begining, often slips around page 5.
This is not to imply that my work is not good, though I am unable to dwell too deeply on that fact without seeming incredibly vain. I am simply trying to remind you that 70+ pages, however good, is enough to shake the enthusiasm of nominal "fans".

I love reading long stories, shortening stuff makes you lose important details and I'm a sucker for a novel. I haven't really read any of it but I will once I finish reading a book.. Black Blade by Eric Lustbader... after that then I'll read every story in this section like a bed time story each day. Plus I have no job so I have nothing else to do.

Thank you, you've rekindled my faith in the thought that people will actualy read my work. I'm still not sure what to do, though. After attempting to add to the novella, I found that my style has unconciously shifted towards brevity and summarising instead of scenes. I like it just as well, but I'm wondering if people will notice the sudden change in writing style?
Perhaps, instead of zooming in for a lightning-finish to an overwritten novella, I should use this new style to create a nice, short, focused summary-style bio? (like Nicho's)

maybe... which ever I think it will turn out great hun, even if I'm trying to reach your posts I still do admire your RP skills. I want to read stories on these chars especially Kolava because he is intriguing to me. Perhaps after I read your story I can design you a book cover. I'm great at drawing when I put my mind and skill into it. Just let me know, ya don't even have to give me money, money never is anything on my mind I just like helping out.

Allow me to use an analogy:
A group of builders are making a tower. After lots of hard work and dedication, they have made seventy floors. Along comes a guy with a blueprints who says "woah this is too big"
Much calamity ensues.
To make things worse, when the builders go back to build more, they now realise that all they have left to build with is ultra-light alluminum.
Now...should the builders add ten more floors of alluminum despite growing doubts, or should they give up and make a nice twenty story tower entirely out of alluminum nearby?
EDIT: Also, the tower doesn't go straight up, so there are more stairs then anyone would want to climb.
