Stopping is not an option, I kept telling my legs as they moved as quick as lightning beneath me, carrying me from the north end of Celdeciea's perimeter wall to the south end. The Zelandrite's had called Wyrvens to their aid. I could see Kavan taking two of the want to be dragons on at once, his holy sword cutting and slashing wildly. But Ezrella was no where to be seen.
I would run past Zelandrite's clad in their green and gold color tunics, Kyl'Vesen's blade cutting through them as I swung it, taking off heads. Finally I saw her, her blonde hair swirling in the wind about her, her diamond breastplate gleaming brightly in the sunlight deflecting a fireball. Her armor made her invulnerable to magic but she still needed a warder from melee weapons. Urging my legs I ran even faster and then I saw it. Chrono.
His red hair hanging long past his shoulders as he approched her, his golden armor shining bright.
"EZRELLA!!!" I screamed and she turned to face me, seeing Chrono to late. The look of horror on her face as she tried to raise her blade to defend but coming up to late as the blade of my worst enemy buried his blade in her head, the silver blade bathing in my own sister's crimson blood. When her body fell lifeless upon the ground I could feel everything considered emotion in my body fade to the black of hatred.
I could feel the heat of my energy surround me as the aura of blackness hid my view from the outside world around me. Blackness... my santuary. I could feel my body tear and change as it grew and manipulated itself to become something that Chrono would fear... something even I feared for I knew I had no control once this aura of darkness fell from around me.
As soon as that darkness fell I could see my ememies around me in red light. I had no control, this rage seeming to just chose targets and tear them to shreads. Then Chrono stood before me, but the Kaiser dragon my sanity lay here in did not attack. The one person I wanted to kill and it would not attack. Then behind Chrono I saw her, the faint image of my sister standing there, smiling, waving and motioning me forward. Wanting to hold her I tried forgetting I was entrapped in this insanity.
THen I snapped into the body of the Kaiser dragon. I was in control and I could feel the fire building within my mouth.
~Chrono, you have wronged me for the last time...~
Fear showed on his face as he relised who was now in control. I opened wide and let the flames shoot forth, incinerating Chrono where he stood. THe summoner being defeated, the Wyrvens fled away, and so did the armies.
I felt myself shrink, felt wierd like having someone just graze your bareskin and send that chilling feeling down your spine. Back to being a human I walked to my sister kneeling beside her body holding it to my chest as I cry. Kavan knelt beside me and as we weep, her body began to shine brightly.
"Ryu, one day I will return. I was put on this earth to watch you my brother... and I shall never stop." Her soft, kind, soothing voice urged. With that her body faded, and in my arms lay a Sapphire blade.
~My Soul lies here Ryu, as long as you keep Ezrebrum, you keep me at your side.~
To this day, Ezrella guides my dark spirit through Ezrebrum.
