"All things are in the will of the gods... "He went over to the kneeling man, and lifted him up to his feet, helping him stand. Always one to try and ease a situation with humor, he jested. "Ach... ye doont have tae kneel tae me old friend...stand and let us face this demon taegether." He grinned and glanced to Lina.

Raine ran with her head back, watching as a few others flocked in that same direction. But where were they going? She couldn't get those god foresaken wings to agree with her, thus it was left to her and her alone.
Raine continued to run toward the Sacred Grove, unaware of their change in course. Her hair was beginning to fall loose from it's french twist as she ran like the wind, fists clutching her skirts and holding them up nearly to her knees.

::As he ran, he inched closer to Solace and put his arm around her waist:: Get ready. ::He didn't wait for her to respond. Suddenly white feathered wings burst out of his back and the two were soaring through the air, heading for Anduin::

:Another smile would form on his face as he looked at Caelum, and, despite his wounds, would manage to stand his full height. Before he could speak though, a black wind would move through the pass, shrouding all in darkness. For a moment, none of them could see anything. After a few moments, though, the wind would subside, the darkness fading. As it did though, Anduin's eyes would widen in fear, for not ten feet away from the group stood the demon. Its tall, burly body was almost fully healed now, as though it never took any damage at all. Standing about seven feet tall, it would look down on the group with a coldness in his eyes. A sadistic grin would form on his ebon lips, tusks jutting upward from its bottom lip as it spoke: Well, well, well. What do we have here. It seems the weakling has some friends after all. I figured they would have abandoned you after all the time youve been away...: A dark, grating laugh would escape from his lips as his eyes fell upon Gelina: Im surprised to see you here, Gelina. I would not think that you would help the one who killed your unborn child.

She turns around when the demon appeared. She wasn't surprised by it, nor frightened. In fact, she was in the mood to kill something and she simply grins at his words.
"It wasn't Anduin that killed my unborn. Nice try."

::And in came Drako and Solace, landing right beside Anduin. He let Solace go and rested his hand on his friend's shoulder:: You're no longer alone, brother....

:Anduin would look over at Drako and Solace as they arrived and would nod, a warm smile would form on his face as he saw everyone who stood with him. He would look toward the demon, a stoic expression on his face as his hands balled into fists: See demon, I am not alone, and I will never be alone, not as long as I have my friends...: The demon would laugh, a dark, evil thing, as he looked over all that stood before him. His gaze would fall upon Anduin once more, a look of pure malice forming on the demon's face: We all know how you treat your friends, Anduin. But it doesnt matter: The demon would hold out his hands, and lo, darkness would emanate from the demon's hands, slowly forming into the shapes of twin swords, the long blades having a serrated edge: You will all die, and through me, my master will feed on your souls.

::Drako pulled his longsword from its sheath and stood in front of the others with a smirk on his face. He put the blades tip into the ground and used the hilt as something to lean on. "Vengeance" was written in an ancient text along the blade:: It would seem that we contradict each other...::He looked to the demon's horns and then back to his angel wings and shrugged:: I guess this means we'll be fighting now?

:The demon would let out a bloodthirsty roar as it would swing the swords before him, a twirling tornado of darkness emanating from the swords. The demon would glare at Drako, a cruel grin formed on his face: You are not worth fighting, so I will destroy you with one attack. My master slew you with ease, yet he was still gaining his power. Prepare to die!

::Drako wouldn't flinch, or smile or even say one of his signature catch phrases before a fight. He just gripped the hilt of his sword and waited for the demon to attack. His friends would notice that he wouldn't even take his stance. The truth was, he didn't need to. Drako knew he would win this fight before it even started. This was his purpose now, to fight evil and protect his friends...He wouldn't fail them again, not after he knelt before the source and was blessed by it::
