She decided to give him one of her "special" kisses, it was nice and slobbery just cuz he deserved it.
<you know that there were times when I was but a cub that I thought you resented me spending time with "her"> Crystal couldn't bring herself to mention Gelina's name since all that had happened in the past.

"Don't deel guilty, dearest. Your father has seen enough of the world, it's a bout time he gave someone else a chance." She snickered at her own wasted wit and settled down on the couch with a deep, deep sigh. What a life this poor woman led.
Hazen was in bed at this point, scared out of his mind of his strange new body and trying to sleep it off. Avalon, also rather intimidated by the sudden change in her siblings wandered out of the playroom and to her mother, the only one who seemed to be the same.

And now Lai will need her fathers help, and Raine will need help with the children. I am once again needed in life, and niether though, I may always be alone in a relationship sense, I am still happy." ::He would just hug Crystal and look up back to the sky, those sapphire hues squinting from the bright sun:: "I am once again Vincent... and" ::That trademark grin would cross his face:: "I have my true element back." ::his hands would all of a sudden leave frost on where he had them places on Crystal leaving patches of frosted fur and that grin would grow wider
"Mother..." ::Lai would look to Raine from her place at the window where she was watching her father the his familiar and those sapphire hues would narrow like her fathers when he was distressed or thinking:: "Does father seem happier to you? I... don't ever really remember him smiling, definatly not this much at least. He ever smile that much before?" ::she would look back out the window and watch him and the white tiger with intriuge and one hand would rise up and brush a stray lock of hair from her pale cheek and sapphire hue:: "Its like he has become... our age, instead of the really old man I know he was... I mean how old was dad? Like 10,000 something?" ::and she would grin:: "I can't wait to be 10,000 years old and know everything he does..."

"Promise me, Lai, that you will exceed his knowledge." She watched her daughter from her seat, still not quite used to her six year old little girl standing infront of her as a teenager.
"And no, he never used to smile as much as he does now. There was a short-lived time when your father and I were very happy, but that did not last. He has apparently moved on and so have I."
Raine cradled her only normal child to her breast, her beautiful four-year-old daughter closing her eyes to drift off to sleep in the comfort of her mothers arms.

"Well its obvious you had moved on, but it is also quite obvious he wants to be with you now. Not that I believe you should go back to him, and I don't think he expects you too. But I think he is here to spend time with you again, even if it is only as friends. His love for you is apparent just by the way he looks at you." ::She would look back out toward her father and smile seeing him out there rolling in the grass laughing with his familiar. She could sense the awsome power from her father, he was still one of the strongest men there were, but he was free now.:: "What do you mean exceed his knowledge? You still hold contempt for him?"

Ahh... she felt like a cub again..rolling around wrestling with Ryu, she would playfully swat at him then roll out of his way before he could pounce on her again. In all her happiness she made the typical "happy kitty noises". She loved being a show off at times especially in front of the children. She enjoyed hearing them laugh.

He would chase after her laughing as well until a mental link was made to him, something Crystal could feel but couldn't hear and he would look down shaking his head, a tear running down his cheek. With that he would look at Crystal and force a smile.
"Tomorrow... I will be forced to become again... I knew me being happy would never last."
As he stood there, ice would begin to cover the ground around him as his control over his saddness would let the ice begin to crawl up his boots.
"Why won't he let me be happy... why wont they let me be happy."

<Who are you speaking of?> She paused and turned towards him to see that ice was forming over his boots and she let out a low feral growl.

Now he could feel the energy from Valahalla, and knew their choice... had been made. Without warning the ice would turn to shadow, and he would fall to his knees, the choice matching Vincent on how used to act.
"Vincent Leon Cambridge... God of Fury..."
