After a bit he would notice his head lay upon her thigh and he would close his eyes, his heart feeling at home. At home... something he hadn't felt in many years. He had thought he found it a few times... but no, this is what he had missed and longed for. After a little bit he would rise from where he was and look to Ava smiling. "You hungry? I can make you a awesome breakfast if you want? I am acually a really good cook if you give me a chance." He would smile and those hues would look to Raine. "And I can make some for you if you wish. Prolly would be good to eat something."

"Yeah...breakfast is good..." Raine rolled over into the couch, Avalon cuddling into her arms. Perhaps the scent of food would wake her up fully.

Smiling he would go toward the kitchen, looking for what he had to cook. Funny how even things from his childhood he remembered. Growing up on the farm he had learned to prepare food. Finding some dried pork and some eggs he began to prepare a meal, his magic in the kitchen soon proving to be awesome as he made pork and eggs, quickly taking it out to Raine and Avalon then going back to make himself a plate. As he returned he would sit down on the floor once more. "Well, I am not the best cook, but I am average. I hope you guys like it."

Raine sat up groggily, releasing Avalon from the blanket. She took her own plate and balanced it carefully on crossed legs.
Avalon, on the other hand, took her plate and clambered off the couch to sit beside Ryu, mimmicking his every move in eating breakfast.
Raine couldn't help but smile, but her eyes were noticably distant. She seemed lost in thought, hair in her early morning face and blanket haphazardly draped over her shoulders.

All he could do was smile looking at Avalon as she mimiced him eat. Then looking to his fork he would cant his head and the fork would simply fade into nothingness and a whisp of smoke would rise from the same hand, forming into two sets of chop sticks. He would give Avalon a set and then begin eating his food, using the sticks elegantly. "They are called chop sticks... they used them in my home town Ava. Maybe one day you would like to see where I was born?"

As Ryu sat beside Avalon he would start to feel a warm sensation about him, and a soft voice would call out to him in his mind. " I do hope you are staying out of trouble..I know that I haven't been around lately but I do know what's been going on." She wondered if he could sense her presence as she stood outside from where he was.

Long since finished with her eggs, Raine was gnawing on a peice of the pork, settled back into the couch cushions and watching the fire with a strange look in her eye.
Avalon, however, was having very much fun mimmicking her VinVin. In response to his question, she nodded her head with vigour.

After devouring his food, he would close his eyes and a presance would be felt right behind Crystal, and when she would turn to face it a faint image of Ryu would be standing there, the only solid thing about him being his cold sadistic emotionless hues.
"Good evening... Crystal. Long time no see."
As the image outside spoke to Crystal, Ryu openned his eyes and he grinned looking at Ava, one arm wrapping around her pulling her close as he simply hugged herand he looked to Raine. "You feeling better Raine?"
After she would answer he would look to Ava. "You know... I can turn into a dragon hun? Everyone from my home can. We are nothing you should fear, we won't hurt you."

Avalon knew that her brother and sister could do that. Lai personally loved to terrorize Ava with her dragon form and that drumstick in the nursery...
Raine watched the fire until she was done with her pork and swallowed. At first she didn't answer, as if she hadn't heard him, but once his words settled she nodded her head. "Yeah...I'm fine."

Those sapphire hues looked to Raine, seeming somewhat interested in the tone of her voice and the puase. Slowly he would stand, sitting upon the couch, one foot and shin on either side of Ava as he sat above her, looking at Raine. "Raine... whenever I overstay my welcome here, you can just ask me to leave. I don't want to burden you."
Those eyes would look back to the fire, the flames reflection once again dancing in his eyes as he slowly closed them. His voice would come in a whisper, possibly soft enough Raine would have trouble hearing but Ava would hear just fine. "Anything you ask, I will make sure gets done."
