No sleep was granted to her, she just simply mad eher way in silence. She didn't care of her appearance, nor did she seem to care about anything at the moment.
In the middle of the night Dstiny was seen by a footsoldier as he spied her standing on the walls of the castle, looking down the the ground far below. Was she thinkign of ending the torment she had devouring her? Most would think that, but she didn't. She just stood there, her staring out into the darkness, cursing all that was once good for her, that had now gone sour.
Now where would she go? She had nowhere. She knew she could head backk to Talasane and live like a Mistress in her father's tavern; but the possiblities of that were slim. She knew that they hadn't accepted Ashram, and now that he was dead they would probably drive her further into derngement with words and comments of how he was no good for her.
Marking that option from her plate she thought of a convent. She could work her way back up in the ways of the church, but she couldn't see herself doing that. Even alone adn tightened in the chains of insanity, she still had a freedom like none in the church would ever have. A paladin she might not be anymore, but she still held strong to her beliefs even if the gods looked down upon her at the moment for 'betraying them'.
Her vision fell to the ground at the option in which everyone thought she would complete, her shaking her head. No she had might not have living honor anymore but she still held pride in her being.
Closing her eyes she felt the chilled breeze of the night fan across her face, as the guard came to touch her shoulder. Destiny hung away from his hand, her stmbling, but never falling from the wall.
"Miss..." The girl he stared at was the one rumored to never speak and the one the servans told tales of darkness possessing her, but he didn't see that. He saw someone that was alone, so dead inside that it would seem only a miracle could bring her to life again.
Destiny turned sudden;her staring at him long oments till she stepped down from the wall, bare feet leading her in a run away from him. He never got a word from her just like everyone else, leaving the man standing there dumbfounded.
Where did she go? She went back to her 'prison' her leaving the door behind her as she came to crawl on the bed, her curling up in the corner of it, the same sit the elder woman found her in when she brought food minus the rocking.

~Veedo, Just rest. The energy consumed in your transformation will keep you from anything strenuous. Soon your brood genes will develop more and your energy will return.~ The words were kind and soft but Veedo could also hear the strain of his fathers voice, Ryu wouldn't be awake much longer, he would pass out soon. But he trudged on toward Ashram.

"Father...." Well, it wasnt like he was able to argue, he could feel that fatigue still lingering, so he just lay there, staring up at the ceiling, awaiting Ryu's return.

Finally Ryu would come upon Ashram, collapsing beside him, his breath ragged and his eyes near closed. "Come on. You wife needs you."

Ash had been slipping in and out of consciousness and didn't hear Ryu. He was still in a state of recovery. Around Ashram was a new unique energy, one of which Ryu wouldn't notice in his current state. Ash could feel the energy for the simple reason it was settling upon him and sinking into his body.
Just as Ryu collasped beside Ashram his eyes opened and his vision was clear and sharp. His pains faded and his strength returned in a matter of minutes. He felt renewed and it was this feeling that bothered him some.
Ash vanished and soon reappeared standing beside Ryu looking at the castle where his wife was. His form was armorless and a simple black cloak covered him. Around his body was an icy blue aura that remained a few seconds after his reappearance before fading away.
Perfect health in matter of minutes? Even after losing the stronger part of himself? Unheard of for the most part but there was a very valid reason for it all. But it was this... his greatest secret that would explain everything. This secret would never be known because Ash was to going to take it to his grave.
His gaze looked down at Ryu, he couldn't help but to shake his head. "You are lucky I had given up my hate for you. Friend or not to Destiny I would have crushed you right now and nothing could prevent me from doing it." He only smirked before taking hold of Ryu setting him up. "Very lucky you are.." He picked Ryu up placing him up over his shoulders.
He started towards the castle walking at a good pace. After traveling fourty feet he disappeared with Ryu only to reappear standing near the door that lead to his wife's room. Not having much of a care for Ryu he set him down in the hall leaning him against the wall for someone else to tend to him. While upon a knee he lowered himself looking at Ryu's face. "You should never push yourself to this point, even for your friend." He whispered as he slowly stood. "You look pathetic and that isn't a good image to give anyone, especially someone like me."
With having said all he wanted to say to Ryu he turned away and moved to the enterance to the room his wife was in. Passing through the door quietly his eyes automatically set on Destiny. Just like an illusion he faded away before her eyes could ever set on him. She would see him as he sat on the bed beside her.
"Seems I came around on a bad day. First I find Ryu collasped near me now I see you curled up on this bed. How long has it been since I last saw you? It hadn't been that long, what happened?" He wouldn't allow her to speak before speaking a bit more. "Get up, it is disappointing to see you like this." He stood up turning to look at her awaiting her to get up as well.

Laying against the wall his eyes would open to watch Ashram and that trademark cocked grin would cross his face as his words came out in a weak whisper right before Ashram walked into the room. "There is no reason not to give up your own life for those you hold dear. You are my friend now... and that means that I will help you whenever I can." His eyes would slowly close as he tried to summon the energy to stand after Ash entered Destiny's room. Finally standing, he would begin staggering to the stairs and as he got to the top of the stairs he would lose his balance and fall. The sound of him rolling down the staircase would echo around the house and he would lie there, spralled out at the foot of the stairs, unconcious.

::th sound of something crashing startled her awake...thinking it was one fo the children out of bed, she ran from the hall and skidded to a hault at the bottom of the staircase...::Ryu? ::running to him, she screamed out for help...servents came running and she yelled out orders to them...::I want him in the north tower...Make sure there are candles and fresh linens...::she followed the two men carrying Ryu upstairs and helped them get him settled in the bed...::Always taking care of everyone else aren't you? ::she took a blanket and covered him...she took a breath and let it out...::Ash is here? ::she could feel his presence in the castle...he was with Destiny...thank the gods...she said a small prayer that he would be able to help her...grabbing another blanket, she curled up in the window seat to watch over him...a small wave of her hand lit the candles within the room...looking out the window, she watched the stars dance across the blackness of the sky...::

She too had heard the crash and would know exactly where to find Ryu, she would speak to Desari knowing that there would be a slight chance that Ryu would hear as well. <I've told him repeatedly not to push himself..but you know how men are...hard headed.. I will keep you company this way I can get help if you need it.> and before long Crystal was up in the north tower in the room where Ryu was brought. She padded into the room and looked first at Ryu then shook her head and then looked to Desari curled up in the window seat. She made her way towards her and would nuzzle her gently.

While all these events were passing, young Vee was getting up enough energy to get up and move about the castle... And first things first. He headed straight on off to the kitchen. BOY! was he hungry. "... Must... Eat...."

Destiny heard the door open, but she didn't care. she thought it was probably another servant bringing her food in attempts to get her to eat.
Giving a sigh she simply looked to her feet, her mind so clouded that she couldn't even concentrate on the aura's of those that came around her, but the voice. THe sound of Ashram's voice is what brought her to look up at him. He sat next to her, and for the longest time all she could do was stare, her feeling as if she were having and mirage before her very eyes.
"Seems I came around on a bad day. First I find Ryu collasped near me now I see you curled up on this bed. How long has it been since I last saw you? It hadn't been that long, what happened?"
She couldn't believe it, it was him. Her lips opened only to studder out an attempt of words but she was cut off as if he silenced her with a finger against her lips that in truth wasn't there.
"Get up, it is disappointing to see you like this."
As he stood from the bed, she blinked as few times till her body uncoiled from the illusionary confinedments that she placed her in. Bare feet touched the ground, the chil running over her body as she stepped forth toward her husband. No, it couldn't be him... it just couldn't be, she saw him dead before her eyes.
Before she said anything, her hands lifted to his face, cupping his jaw. He was real! He really was alive! Closing her eyes and moved against him, tears of joy replacing those of saddness, her needing him and needing the feel of his arms in safety and for confirmation around her. "Your alive.." It was the only things she could get to escape her lips for the longest time, but soon when she found her voice she eaned back, her hands taking his face into the touch below fingertips. "I thought... I saw you dead...how? Is this some miracle that has been bestod upon me?"
