See...right there... there...that is the problem with this whole thing!
We are NOT booting the muns!!! It's the characters!
Caelum mun, Anthony, made a new sn and plays Caelum's son Trent. Trent didn't do anything, hence...he doesn't get booted.
We all know that muns like J and Ebony mun DO NOT play other chars on those particular sns. If you see one of those sns appear in the room, they MUST make it clear who they are playing. If it is the banished character, they are to be booted.

People shouldn't be playing multiple chars on one SN. GM has a rule about that anyway and if people can't follow it and happen to be banished... well... too bad I guess. I fully agree on that part, if they want a new character they can make a new SN.

First off....you wont see Caelum "in" the castle for a very long time unless a major turn has taken in the SL and the situation has called for it. Being in the castle room to make a far-off post....that's a maybe and if you happen to be in an outlying room (i.e. Forests, Fields, Beach, etc.) you might happen to come across him. As for killing him, I wont mode as long as the death blow is not a mode. If you find Caelum on KoGM grounds and you wish to kill him or force him to leave grounds then expect a fight. A one line "<loyalfanatic> ::Runs Caelum through with a sword:: <dice roll>" is a mode and will not be accepted.

Ok...I brought this thread up because of what I have been hearing. ::no details there:: But once again I am going to say this...and even though I don't "personally" agree with it...it's the RULES!
A character was banished. NOT the mun. I know that alot of you don't like certain muns, and I am not thrilled with some of them either. But the muns are NOT banished. I really don't see how you can do that. If you refuse to play with a certain mun then block them and put them on ignore if they are in the same room as you. That is what I have done. I don't personally want to play with certain muns. So what do I do? Block them, and ignore them. It seems to me that it would be hard to banish a mun. They could go on making sn after sn. That's a waste isn't it? No one can force anyone to play with anyone, or be in a SL that they don't want to be in. Even if you feel that you have been "sucked" in, the minute you realize it, get out of it. It's that simple. "Nothing without mun consent" that is plastered in profiles all over AOL. Use it. Enforce it. You don't have to be sucked in. Even I admit that I have been duped into playing in things that I didn't want to be in. So I got out of it. If a mun has a banished character they can and probably will make a new character and come back and play. And they can do that as long as they follow the rules of GM. The minute that goes awry, out the door they go again. Just some calm and rational thoughts from "The Gelina". Wow, there's a first. ::giggles::

::blinks:: Gelina I don't think there is anything wrong with the way you express your self. Not your fault people freak out the way they do. ::shakes her head:: Have I missed something?

Nope...nobody missed anything...I just thought it was a good idea that the banishment rules were refreshed for everyone. No biggie. ::bounces off to find something else to post about::
