It seems a misunderstanding has come up on the subject of Banishment so I am going to try to explain here. Knowing many of the members do not read the boards, please pass the into along.
When a person is banished from KoGM, this means that they are no longer welcome in KoGM rooms and should be booted on sight. Disobeying this rule only shows that you shouldn't have ownership of the room.
If people wish to play with those banished, I will not try to prevent it, but it should not happen in a KoGM room.
Now some people will say this isn't fair, they should be given a chance. I say they had already had their chance, banishment or exile is an extreme punishment used only on people that can't seem to follow KoGM rules even though they agreed to do so when joining.
Read the rules again people, we do not SIM. We dice. Why? Because the dice eliminate confusion over what works and what doesn't in terms of attacks and spells.
The attacks in the castle the other day were ludicrous. I thought of going through the log and listing specifically why certain things wouldn't have worked and are theoretically impossible, but that would take too much time and might even make it seem like it was a big deal. I thought we would try one last time to put an end to the stupidity, but then it was mode, mode, mode.
We do not base attacks on who can type the fastest or claim to be the most powerful. Anyone can CLAIM to be a godlike being. Anyone can claim to be immortal and all powerful. Most newbies do. That is not how we play. In KoGM a char is not powerful until such status is earned.
