Sorry. Can't. I don't know you people, Ryu and Desari. What I've seen of Ryu so far in this rp hasn't been the least bit flattering and all I've heard about Desari was to stay away from her along with one pretty cold hearted scene in GM directed at Solie. I knew that was RP at the time, but I've heard enough that had Shari not spoken so fondly of her I wouldn't have wanted to get past the rumors I've heard. They were rumors... unless you were there or know the whole story you can't make judgements.
But, as I was saying, I don't know either of you. I don't care that you were in GM way back when. Right now, as far as I am concerned, you aren't. Your characters aren't around, whether you are to blame for this or not. Not all the members bother with the boards because of this BS right here so they don't even see what you contribute. You don't even know the majority of them. How dare you say what you have to Shari. Yes, she has a temper, but she is right. That is a line any self respecting female knows they do not cross. How can that respect not cross IC? Are your characters 2 dimensional, don't they have feelings and thoughts and loyalties? Apparently not. Not if they can backstab someone just as quick as you had her do Lina. That is wrong, I don't care how you look at it, that is just wrong. Nym would never, ever, ever have relations with anyone her sisters have been with. She turned Kay down because of Jasmine (which still got back to Jas and she got in trouble simply because he asked her and she kept it a secret, for goodness sake!). It is simply a line one does not cross.
You're right, this is RP. So why can't you find someone else to start a 2 yr storyline with? Why did it have to be the exhusband of your character's sister? You two can sit there and try to deflect blame all you want, you can whine that she is being a crybaby and that she isnt being fair to your characters, who apparently don't have the moral fiber in their being to be capable of being loyal to a character that was supposed to mean something to them. I've never claimed Shari was perfect, no one is and her and I have had our differences of opinion in the past. She knows when I don't agree with her and she typically knows why. The thing that makes this all still work is that she knows I won't lie to her and that I typically risk conflict with her because I respect her and because I understand that the root of everything she does is out of love and protection. She loves this group, how dare you throw GM out there as though she is doing it harm! She puts all that she has into this group. If she means anything to either of you you would know this is so not the time for her to have to fight battles on these boards. She said her character had been betrayed, I agree with her. She said to leave Gelina alone from now on, why not? You don't deserve her friendship. I kept a friend who I loved as a sister through years and years of her backstabbing me, putting me down, using me to make her feel better about herself. I would always take her back, thinking that friendship was more important than all the petty things. It is, but only by so much. She's still a friend, distantly, but I've finally gotten smart enough and I put my trust in the people who don't want me to be miserable. Those people won't stab me in the back.
Lina didn't deserve what you did and Shari doesn't deserve what you are doing now.

They were wrong, it was brought to light and to avoid them looking like the jerks they decided to be they are attacking her. I will not have it. No. Too often has Shari defended this group and the people in it, too often has Shari tried to make things a little easier by taking the brunt of the attacks and the burden of making things easier for her members. She plays the queen, GM is half hers, we are Kyle's members and her members. You have a problem with that? Then go away! GH would not withstand people attacking Rayna, UV wouldn't allow it with Emma (to name a few) and GM isn't going to have it with our leaders either! Get out if you can't have the decency to respect one of the two people who keep this group going.
